International Visitors Information
Arriving to Lisbon
- International flights available from all over the world fly to Lisbon Airport; - Lisbon airport is located in the centre of the city with taxi and bus services available; - International flights available also from all over the world to Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, Porto and to Faro airport; - Lisbon is approximately at a 3hrs drive from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport and from Faro airport. Visa Information
EU residents from countries belonging to the Schengen Agreement do not require Visa neither passport to enter Portugal. British citizens will need a valid passport to enter. Non-EU residents will need a Portugal Visa called Schengen Visa and a valid passport. For more information on how and where to obtain a Visa please visit Portal das Comunidades Portuguesas. We recommend that you allow for a minimum of 1 to 2 months to have your Visa processed by the Portuguese Embassy in your country of residence.
