Registration Information

Fees

A early bird registration fee will be available for applicants who register and pay for the fees on or before 10 August .

Full Registration

Full registration includes the following:
- all conference sessions, lunches and coffee breaks;
- documentation and needed material;
- Welcome Reception;
- Conference Gala Dinner.

To apply for the student registration fee a copy of the student ID or a letter signed by the PhD supervisor or Head of Department required

How to Register:

Payment

Payment are required to be made in EURO (€) by bank transfer or credit card (VISA, Mastercard/Eurocard or AMEX). Payments can be made at the beginning of the conference by credit card.

Please fill in the form and send it to fevcongress@ist.utl.pt. A early bird registration fee will be available for applicants who register and pay for the fees on or before 10th of August . Due to the specifications of the bank, payments with credit card can only be made on the conference. All the payments made during the conference, have to be made in full.
